LTL andOversize Orders
All our oversized panels like Composite panels, Acoustic Panels, Sunrooms, Wood Wall panels and similar ship on Pallets. There is an aditional handling time because our shipping team has to prepare the pallets, secure them and wrap them. Then a tracking number is provided via email along with the BOL.
Local Pick up Orders

Free Delivery Orders
If your order included free delivery and is returned due to a change of mind, incorrect item ordered, or refusal of delivery, your refund will reflect the product cost minus the original delivery fee and the return delivery fee.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
